While I did not get involved in the charges, when you feel something is
wrong, you have to do what you believe will resolve it. Some times it takes a
brave action or even litigation to make the point.
I believe that those who brought charges did so in an attempt to solve a
problem with the club, and did so to support our club and our breed. While I
may not agree with the tactic, I do respect those people who feel they can
help our club but standing up for what they believe.
Many individuals feel I should not sue them. At times they are right, but
often litigation is the only way to fix a wrong, and often it works.
