Seems to me that having progeny show in the area of birth would give one an 
 idea of what is produced in that area.  No matter where the bitch was  
purchased, or from whom, the bitch, to me, becomes a producer from that  area.  
That should be the main reason for having regions, other wise  it just 
becomes a glorified puppy match. If the puppy, or teenager, is sold to  another 
region it should still be shown in the area it was whelped.  This  of course 
this would be difficult for some.  Having the wrong  judge would also be 
distasteful for some. Life's a bitch!
