Actually I don't care if we have a permanent National site either Zoa as long
as it is one that
is easily accessible from all over the Country ......with dogs........and at a
time of year and
place that flying or driving is not a problem and a reasonable expense.
I just hope we don't make a quick decision before one has even been held there
to know
for sure it is the right place for our National........indoors or outdoors.
Sometimes it costs more in the long run to try to save a penny with no
foresight. I sure hope
Kansas does not prove to be one of those..............

I didn't mean to push any buttons! All of these issues have been debated ad
nauseum! Like every other club member,
I have opinions and am entitled to them! These ideas appeal to me because
they would save money, not because I think
the options are the greatest thing since gsds! I would love to see my dogs
shown on grass! I would love to have printed
monthly Reviews with lots of great articles and color ads that I could
afford! I would love to have a National in my
"backyard"! But, not at the expense of the club floundering financially.
Getting this club back on its financial feet is
going to require some "doing differently" and some "doing without" . I am
okay with that if it improves the bottom line.
That has always been my position on difficult issues like these. And I
respect the differing positions that others take.

held a GSD National......?
And who has time to just sit in front of a Computer by themselves..... to
look at Reviews........?
When we go through them we have several out ....and often a couple of people
with us......?

Sounds good to me, but then I'm in favor of an online Review with
affordable color ads and holding the
National at Purina Farms every year. Obviously, I can't be trusted!
