I remember the National in Anaheim. This was a big blast, the earth moved, the speakers hanging from the ceiling swayed back and forth. Everyone in the ring stopped. Those of us from California started to go around, the rest stood there and turned white. The last time there was an earthquake out here I woke up, said to Tedi: "Is this an earthquake?" She replied, "Yup", and we both went back to sleep. When I was in Grand Rapids, I saw a tornado take out the other side of the street. I was about 10, and enjoyed the noise and empty feeling of the air. I prefer earthquakes.
