Hi: On some judges critiques, I see this come up time and again about toe dragging and locked hocks. When they say this, do they mean that the rear foot is not flexing and opening up and not following through completely? What is causing this to happen? Obviously, a structural fault? Does this seem to be a problem breeders are facing now? Never used to hear about it so much in the past, as I hear about it now. I'd like to hear a little more about this subject discussed please.
