If I owned the bitch in question, I'd breed her to the best dog for her no
matter who owned it.
The situation changes on the stud dog side of things. In you question, why
don't I "like" the bitch owner? I don't "dislike" people for arbitrary
reasons. If my dislike stems from my own personal knowledge (not hearsay), of
how
they care for their dogs or their disregard for health issues or the
placement of their puppies or how they treat others in the fancy then I don't
care
if the bitch walks on water, I'd say "no".
