I am doing what I can. I have prepared a motion to continue the trial for
one week, but we have over twenty witnesses lined up. They will have to be
served with new subpoenas. I was in court all day today, and had the office
working on it. I will be out of the state from Saturday to Wednesday, and in
court on Thursday, so will be in court on Friday of next week to see.
I am trying like crazy to make it to Beaumont. If there is any way I can be
there, I will. My client understands, the other attorney wants to fight me,
and it will be up to the judge.
As soon as I know, I will let the List know.
