[ SHOWGSD-L ] Titles and attitudes

Recently I hear a motivational speaker saying:
"if you are too big to follow, you are too small to lead"......
These words immediately brought the PC to mind. We have so many people
who are so quick to tell you about their credentials. How well they have
done. How much they have accomplished.
But have they followed correctly? Or were they born knowing everything
already.
The biggest problem our PC has is peoples attitudes. Or is it an attitude
problem? You be the judge <G>
