In keeping the record straight... ..just note.........read the minutes of the
October 2007 Board meeting
at the National in Denver.
On that day the Board ( .not all ) voted to indemnify the lawsuit. It was
not that way originally!

the only "one" named in the current lawsuit is the GSDCA. any lawsuits
against individuals no longer exist. this topic has been SO beaten to death
as well as morphed into individual tales.

for no one else. just to keep the record straight.
