In my opinion the senario is that AKC wants to bring the large mass breeders
back into the fold- when they lost them there was a major loss of income. We
just happen to have the people who not only encouraged but allowed it. Now that
it is done I will be totally surprised if it gets undone as akc must approve
any by law changes and why in the world would they do that when it could once
again upset the apple cart for them
