I totally agree; the prosecution just did not prove its case; i know
there were
several with college educations (although that does not mean common
sense) they
sure were not idiots, including a nurse. We were not there!!

did anything other than act like an idiot.

This is a landmark post. Evan agrees with Mark Levin, or Mark Levin

with Evan, one or the other.
Take heart folks. The right and the left can get along, if only
occasionally.
From a personal perspective, the police and the prosecution did not
do their
job. If you can't line up the dots, you punt. Sometimes justice
comes by
other means. Did you hear about the bad criminal who was found
behind the
police station with 50 bullet holes in them? A clear case of suicide.
OK! Old joke, bad joke. But justice is not always the end result of
the law.
Sometimes it is the end result of the continuing consequences of
behavior.
In the mean time, rejoice! Mark and Evan are on the same page.
