1. The contract was never ratified by the Board
2. The contract provides us the option to back out up to 180 days before
the event with a loss of the $1000 BOOKING FEE- if we save rent of $10,000
we are still $9,000 ahead and have better facilities for all venues- plus we
will be closer to the herding facility-
Please folks don't get hung up on one factor- please come and see how the
Board functions and the factors that are considered-Kris
