[ SHOWGSD-L ] They don't want to get involved

I hope you all have your Board O Gram now. You'll notice that all Officers
and Directors were sworn in by Laura Gilbert, at the January meeting, taking
an oath of commitment and loyalty to the GSDCA and it's MEMBERS. This is a new
thing,apparently started by Our President Lew Bunch,trying to affirm his
promised message of heeding the memberships wishes. It is absolutely
astounding
to me ,therefore,that 6-7 Board members are defying the call for a Special
meeting to resolve this Hunte disaster.With a phone conference meeting,there
is
NO excuse for any Board member to not participate,They were voted in by the
same members who abhor the idea of having Hunte as a member,and have let them
know before and now that it is the Membership wishes. Every Member on the
Board is entitled to their own opinion,but they serve the interest of the
GSDCA and it's members. Avoiding a meeting or vote just because it's an
unpleasant situation is just not acceptable Any Board member,who voted before
,and is
now boycotting the meeting this time,by not wanting to "be involved" should
step down, and hand in his/her resignation from the Board.You don't serve the
