Neither Vivian--just a notice from Sharon Allbright to the Board that a
telephone conference meeting is being held on the 27th at 6PM west coast time.
Because of the January Hearing being procedurally incorrect ,No motions ,No
seconds no discussion for both PRO (Hunte) and CON( not done) which is
required
at a Hearing,the vote was declared invalid To correct the problem ,your
President felt it was not prudent to wait until the April meeting,so called a
Special conference call meeting with a 10 day advance notice,to correct the
problem, and in response to the membership. This give the Board a chance to
revote properly,giving Yehs and Neys,with the names of the voter.. This will
be
by telephone,so no matter where the Board member is,he/she has full
opportunity to give their name and vote . Helen Miller Fisher
