Actually, it was three more Best of Breeds and another Group III at the Channel
City KC, Bahia Sur KC, and Ventura County Dog Fanciers shows. Best of Breed
judges were Sonny Ambrosio on Friday, Peggy Beisel-McIlwaine on Saturday, and
Arley Hussin today, Sunday. Group III was today, Sunday, under Sonny Ambrosio.
These were major entries in both sexes, all three days. Harley was presented
by JR Alcantara. This makes 37 AKC Best of Breeds for Harley, to date.
Harley's wins, during the months of June and July, have added well over 200
more GSD's defeated to his breed standings/ranking.
JR's son, Matthew, competed in Jr. Handling competition for the first time this
weekend, garnering 3 first places. It was a great, fun as usual, weekend!!
We now get two weekends off, then on to see what August holds in store for us!!
