I may have bad information, but there is only one law suit that has been
filed and that is by Margy. I had a chance to settle it, but the defendants
wanted to litigate so I removed myself from the situation. I got blamed
anyway, but I was able to deal with it. I have no idea what is going on with
that law suit.
As far as I know, there are no others law suits pending. I know some are
trying to right what they think is a a wrong, but to date, no suit has been
filed, and in talking to the party, she has no intention or even thought of
suing the GSDCA.
Some make it sound like litigation is being filed every day. It is rare,
and to date, other than Margy no one is suing the GSDCA. The sky is not
falling, and stop listening to Ducky Lucky!
