Great now I am confused. Am I reading this correctly.?All a judge is
supposed to do is walk up to a dog on a loose lead and not touch him?
I have never seen this tape and do not have any info in pamphlet form on it.
Think maybe the PC should do a mass mailing to every Shepherd judge with
details on what should be done
