We can deny anyone membership and do not need to give a reason. It has been done in the past. Perfect. Let me add. A director who follows the by-laws cannot be sued. Any suit against a director would be covered under the insurance of this club, unless it is an act outside the duties of a director or a criminal act. There is no anti-trust issue. No one can obtain damages, unless there are some. We have enough insurance, and assets, after the insurance policy to deal with any damages. After all the insurance and assets are gone, the directors have no personal liability for their actions. We should support our club, now more than ever.
