There are some good usable options here. I follow several magazines on line any more. And lots of newsletters. Funny, back in 1999, I originated a monthly newsletter for an obedience club. Not too many out there then, There were so many complaints that I dropped it. Three years later, an on-line newsletter from that club began again and it is still running. People adapt, they really do. Think how many of our members cringed at the thought of even posting on a computer, now many of the cringers are avid Facebook communicators. We are an "old" club, and some of our members are still not on-line, but I bet if there was a real survey and got in touch with members, one would find that most are on-line. Many of the members want their Review in their hands, to hold and touch. Others would rather have more articles and more ads and if that means going on line, so be it. I fall in the last category. The recent Reviews (NOT Susan's fault) were a 15 minute glance except to read the minutes and an article. It didn't used to be that way and could be that way again... if on line. We just don't have the ads to support the magazine as it is. Which reminds me.... I am eager to see the April minutes... that was the first Board Quarterly meeting as a teleconference (not a videoconference?), and it will be interesting to see how it went.
