Maybe I am wrong, but I don't recall any colored pictures in the "old"
Reviews. I am talking about the smaller size.
So, are you talking about the black and white then? It is entirely possible
that the black and white have not changed in price. It's the ones in color
that are so very high. It must have something to do with the reproduction
which is beyond my knowledge in photography. I'll be lucky if I get my own
albums in shape.

A day or so ago I wrote that maybe if the Review lowered it's rates more
people
would advertise.
Well you know how in the cartoons they show someone with a lit light bulb

their heads?
I then went to my old Reviews and found the rates now are the same as in
1990.
That's 21 years and no increase.
Color me wrong!
