Could he not then say the new By-law is decimator?? He IS a wholesale
distributor of dogs and for whatever reason and by whatever means is
accepted into the club and at the very same meeting that made that decision
there is a plan to create a by-law that would then prohibit his membership
renewal could certainly be perceived as decimator..
I am ignorant of these types of laws, but this process smacks of impropriety
to me..
BTW, I am not judging anyone , I am criticizing the process.
