First of all, thank you so much to Lanalee and all her many helpers for the
streaming video - it was almost (but not quite) as good as being there. With
all the time I spent in front of the computer lots of "other stuff" just got
delayed!!! Thank you too, Evan, for your blog - when I was reading I had the
sounds of The National running in background to get the atmosphere. Now I'm
back in the real world.....ah well.
Also BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Trevor Golden as Best Junior Handler. We have
known Trevor for several years here in the Austin area - he is so dedicated to
the sport and on top of that a very nice young man from a great family.
Did you hear the scream when he was announced - that was his very proud Mom,
Mary, I'm sure she is still walking on cloud nine!
