You are very right Molly. I started a list, with the caveat that is was for
members only. The same administration from The List was kind enough to
allow the advertisement. But no one uses it. We are all very spoiled with
this
list, many people don't have time for another list, and many don't want to
have to learn to use yet another list. I suspect the same is going to happen
to a PC/members only list.
Those who yelled the loudest about having a members only list have never
even tried it out.
I am seriously considering taking it down. It was a good excersice, to
prove that people don't want another list.
So what if things get discussed here? Non members can not vote, so what's
the damage?
And no, The List is not the root of all evil, as some want to fool
themselves and others into thinking. If anything, it keeps things from
remaining
hidden too long.
The List could very well be put to good used for the PC. If they had good
use for it.
