Evidently so. Lamar contacted me to tell me that Margy offered to drop the
suit if the club would apologize for what a few board members did, and the
entire thing would be over.
I am amazed that you would not know about it, as Lamar said he presented
the offer to the board, and the new members didn't know what he was talking
about and the rest didn't decide what to do.
I suggest anyone who has any more questions call Lamar.
I only am repeating what I was told. I am surprised to hear that any
board member would not know of this. From what I understand if the board
decides not to act, the law suit will just go on.
Or, if you want a direct answer, call Margy.
