Some of you said that Mr. Hunte is not hurting you or me. How narrow minded!
Are those people thinking in earnest that his involvement does not have an
impact on our good name or the GSD in general? Please, think beyond your
horizons.
Yes, I have heard of GSDCA members with bad breeding practices. But two
wrongs do not make one right.

Mr. Hunte's business is not just one that is distasteful...it is one that
goes against the very fiber of what we as GSD breeders/exhibitors hold dear.
He negotiates with puppy mills and traffics in misery . Very recently, one
of his trucks carrying puppies burned here in Lowell Ma killing all of the
innocent babies. Could an accident happen to any of us? Yes, but I doubt we
would have had the volume of souls in OUR van that his corporation had put
into that vehicle.
We are having enough of a problem in the court of public opinion as being
painted with the same brush as the mills or volume dealers...do we really
need HIM giving that opinion credence? If a person who conducts business
with a pet shop (even on the fringes) is a member of our club, how can the
general populace believe us when we say never to purchase a pup from a pet
shop? Fully understanding that we may not have the legal wherewithall to
DENY him membership, we need to address this issue so that if confronted
with a similar situation, we can LEGALLY refuse the application. JMHO......
