That's why I think using a handler is the best way to go. Yes, it costs you,
but actually saves you money in the long run. A handler will know which
judge to show under and don't bother with those who may not like your "type"
of dog. It did and still continues to work for me.

What are you including? Mileage, hotels, food, handlers, dog food, vet
bills, training costs, boarding (if you send them to a handler),
advertising, etc?
You can take the same dog and spend a lot or much less. What I have seen new
people do is enter in every show they can find - pay handler fees, etc. and
spend too much on the wrong judges.
It is a game of strategy. When you learn to play the game, and have good
dogs - as you have and do, it becomes a lot less expensive. :)
