The regions cited were the Northeast (we’ve already heard from Scott) and the
Mid Atlantic which was Jimmy Moses.
First, Jim is no longer a handler, hasn’t been for a few years, second, he
bred/co-bred, owns/co-owns so many dogs in the eastern regions, too many could
not enter & show under him. Unfortunately, not the best choice of judge by the
host club for that region.
The Southeast had a HUGE entry for Terry Hower (former handler) and the two
point shows there drew over 70 entries each.
The BOD forgot that in 2014, the LARGEST entries were for Art Sinclair in the
Midwest, Ben Bigornia in the Northeast and Jerry Guzman (same position as
Jimmy, former handler now judge) in the Mid Atlantic. The Mid Pacific entry
for Mike Sherman wasn’t bad either.

Subject: [ SHOWGSD-L ] Re: The Board Meeting / answers
What Fut lost entries due to a handler judging and why was this decision made
in a closed session? The Fut Chair should have been involved in the
discussion. She could have informed them that Scott has only handled in The NE
1 time in 40 years and George never handled in the region he judged. Major
decision the BOD made without asking the chair for facts and information.
