I am a less than rich newbie, that's been blessed enough to co-own a Select
Champion (I got the end you feed), I also have just put a championship on
Spunky's son- bred my first "official" litter (I caught the pups -and clean up
their poop) - but have only been in German Shepherds for 8 years, showing since
2004---so a real lucky newbie! At any rate, to me the futurities make no
sense. You have to pay a handler.....hotels, etc. Time off....no potential of
points. Glory is wonderful-recognition is wonderful. But I don't get it. I
am an old broad, so am not the younger generation in the sport---but I am the
new face of the sport.
