I think that the BOG should disclose who voted for what on any important
issue. If the board members know how each other voted, then why is it
such a big secret to the rest of us? Let the BOG tell the entire story.
Asking the membership to wait for the official minutes is not
reasonable in this day and age - not when the minutes aren't available
for months...
