[ SHOWGSD-L ] That crusty lip crud...

I need to pick your collective brains about a problem a friend of mine has
with a shepherd mix. He has been battling that crud that appears on the lower
lips usually in the corner of the dogs mouth that gets crusty and sometimes
bleeds. He's been treating her with tetracycline, it improves some, but
never
goes away completely. He asked if I could post this question to the list and
see if anyone has some answers and hopefully a treatment that will rid his
girl of this crusty lip stuff. Sorry about using such technical language ;-)
