You may be right about the clarity of "who is guilty" ...but honestly we all
know who is doing most of it...and considering the prevalence of it with
some handlers/ conditioners...I would be happy to watch them haggle it out
with an owner who was guilty, rather than them, for a change.
In all seriousness, this is why we may not want to get into
suspensions...how do you know for certain that it was a handler/ conditioner
or owner or co owner...too many variables, too many players. Just revoke
the award...it will speak volumes.
