tails routinely...to get them down, usually. If a dog has a gay tail
and the handler does it right, the tail drops right into (or close to)
the correct position and is not dead at all. Of course, if you cut the
wrong thing or too many of the right thing, then the tail is dead, yes
sirree! You see it in Shelties an awful lot...and Bernese, Cardigan
Corgis, and several other breeds...and of course, in the Terrier ring!
