For those of you watching the case of DVM Baber in Tennessee, here is the
latest on his status! Please continue to show your outrage that this monster
would be PAID PER ANIMAL euthanized! This is totally unacceptable. If anyone
would like a form letter that could be signed and sent in to your governmental
representatives, please contact me. I have drawn up a short letter detailing
the basic rights of shelter animals...Remember, this affects the GSDs that find
themselves in these facilities! It could mean the difference between life and
death for those we might not locate!
"Updates on the IC case in TN is coming in the morning. State Attorney wants
to go criminal on Baber and there will be a hearing. 4 months suspended
license 5 years probation so far."...
"will be contacting the TN Board of Vets as well at the D.A. and State
Attorney tomorrow. Baber will be held accountable for animal cruelty for
killing by IC no sedation and putting animals alive in the incinerator."
