Hi Morgan, The fee for the TC is set by the PC. Keep in mind, you'll have to compensate the evaluator their travel expenses (sometimes flight as well as hotel room, other times mileage and hotel), and you should feed them <G>. You'll need roughly a dozen volunteers (6 for the stations, extra to take over and give the folks a break, several to take entries, check people in, and in general keep things moving.) I think we figured 20 dogs is "break even". Delaware Valley offers one every other year; if we did it every year, there wouldn't be enough dogs to run through. Remember, dogs have to be a year old, so most anyone locally who wants to title their dogs has there dogs done by at least three years of age.
