This must be a new rule since when I did it, you were NOT allowed to give
commands since they wanted your dog's natural "instincts" to be observed.

Yes, you can talk to your dog....you are allowed to say watch em...
I've done 2 temperament test this year and Gene Gray and Jim York said you
may talk to your dog.
