Agree 100% since I have seen Jim York evaluate, and having a dog that PASSED
under him, I would still not go under him again (mind you I have had all my
dogs TC Certified). If someone would like details on my reasons, email me
privately.

If this be the truth someone in authority should be advise and the matter
handled. We don't need for this to on unchecked. If true, he should be
removed immediately.
