I will second that. I judged this dog at an ARBA show, and realizing the
standard, recognized the attitude towards me as a complete stranger, (but
still as the judge). I was able to approach the dog, examine it, and place
it. I ended up giving the dog Best In Show, and the picture is sort of
funny.
I am standing next to the dog, and the look on the dog's face is
priceless. It is clear that a sudden move would have brought a strong
reaction.
That is what the standard call for. It is also why the breed will never be
recognized by the AKC.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
