Some history; the in-ring temperament test was originally getting confused with the TT as administered by the GSDCA, which is a separate event with the title "TT" to be added to the dog`s name if he/she passed the test. To separate the two, the Board, video committee and the Temperament committee decided to start calling the in-ring procedure "Loose Lead Temperament Evaluation" (LLTE). The video that is sent to all futurity/Maturity and National judges was changed to reflect the name clarification. Hope this helps people to understand the differences. D.D. Thank You DD. Question: for all new judges applying to judge GSD, is it possible to get that video, to start doing the TT correctly from the beginning? Those are a huge number of judges who are, maybe, not doing the test correctly, and doing a HUGE disservice to the breed, unknowingly. And I do believe this applies to both all breed and specialty judges. Just wondering....
