well my girl had it as a puppy and when the puppy teeth shed out one premolar
never came in:-((
But she became American Canadian champion and I never bred her just loved
her.She was beautiful and the missing premolar was her fault.They all seem to
have one!LOL

I had this happen on my very first show pup. I knew nothing, at the time,
about pre-molars. All I knew was she had a gap between her front teeth and
molars. Lo and behold, she got these little teeth in there that I found out
later were pre-molars and very important. Now, I brought this girl home at
almost 5mos and the real premolars didn't come in til well after 6mos almost 7
mos. Again, I didn't really know or care about them until the breeder got
concerned. She was very happy when they came in. I guess an x-ray might work
to see if they are there. But, if they were there in the beginning, it stands
to reason they will come in when adult teeth come in. I may be wrong but that
is what happened with my girl.
