I have my now 6 month old puppy on Taste of the Wild, salmon, and he is in
great shape. I also feed raw beef, cottage cheese and yogurt everyday with it.
The price is $44. for 30 lbs. I love the smell of his food when I add warm
water. I will keep him on that. My other 6 dogs get Nutro Max, beef plus the
additives and that has been for the last 7/8 years $19.99 for a 37 pound bag
until last week when it went up to $30.99. Is the Kirkland less than $31. per
bag?

I was at the feed store and people were buying that food, like every other
basket had that food in it. I looked at the ingredients once and I do not
remember why but did not like the looks of it. all my dogs are eating Kirkland
Chicken And Rice, no soy, wheat or corn in it and are doing great.

As promised I would update everyone as to our use of Taste of the Wild, High
Prairie food.
We started off very very well. Â Xint weight, xint palatability, xint stools.
For several weeks, we were doing back handsprings, lol
But over the last several days we noticed the following on the big boys that
are eating it.
Gas that could stop a skunk , with one dog
Goopy nose/eye on another
Picky eating on a dog that just doesn't do that. Ever.
Coat not what it should be on the final male.
This was not a bag of , problem as it covered two bags, bought at different
places.
Soooo...we will go with the Diamond Naturals Chicken and Rice, that all the
other dogs are on
and THRIVING....and I will proceed with my original plan of just adding some
fresh chicken, if need be.
Disappointed, but hey we tried, you know.
