Fixing a tail because is looks like a fish hook...or a cork screw....the vet
can cut a tight ligament (I think thas what it is) so it relaxes. Dead tail
is one that just hangs stiff, straight touching the ground and bounces off the
hocks when the dog is gaiting...no life in the tail.
