This is a very sad new. I think her kennel name was Finsterwald. She was
handling many years ago a beautiful sable male with the name of Ch. Harry V
Luftigen Hohee. He was a multiple BISS, group winners and BIS.

God bless her. My deepest sympathy to her family.

I just heard from a very good Newfie/Lab friend that Gerlinde Hokla passed
away last night.  I'm sure many older people in the breed remember her from
years ago when she owned and handled GSD's. More recently, she was a top
handler of Newfies and Labs.  She was also the sister of Adletraud Lauren.
I don't have exact details, but I do know there are calling hours on
Thursday, and a Mass at the church on Friday at 10:00 am in Connecticut.
