Sue, I agree with your post 100%. I have a neighbor that has a Downs Syndrome daughter that just turned 21. Her Father was in prison for molesting boys and her Mother is probably 70 years old. I often wonder what will happen to that girl when her Mom is gone. That's the sad part of those things. The dad is not suppose to be there but is. She has no chance for a good life.
