I'm saddened to hear of the passing of Suzanne. I didn't know her well, but
our paths occassionally crossed at Nationals and Specialty shows. She was
always friendly and warm. And, as others have said, she LOVED her dogs. That
was glaringly obvious.
I'd like to share something regarding Suzanne's sportsmanship... A few months
ago, we entered a puppy in a Specialty show where a dog Suzanne
co-bred/co-owned was entered as well. Our puppy went RWD to Suzanne's WD.
Afterwards, Suzanne came up to us and told us that our puppy should have won as
he was the better dog. I was floored! While I wasn't sure that I agreed with
her assessment, I was simply amazed that anyone would go out of their way to
tell us something like this!

We received word that Suzanne died early this morning. She had recently
undergone surgery for lung cancer. Once arrangements have been made, we will
post them to the list for those who wish to attend.
We have lost another great lady of the breed. I'm certain she was
overwhelmed at the Bridge by her dear ones who were waiting patiently to be
with
her again.
She will be dearly missed by her friends and family.
