Heck in that case maybe I should start taking it!!  Maybe then I will stay a 
steady weight.  I've lost enough already despite even eating junk!
But- that most kibbles start at around 325 calories a cup, that's only a 1/4 
cup reduction per day... Just a couple of bites!
