The Red Book isn't just about breeding. Remember, it's a look at the past
year in GSDs. We have a whole section on Performance dogs and some
excellent articles on Health, Veterinary, Research ( including an original
article on stem cells this year written just for the Red Book from the
researchers themselves), WDA, Service dogs, Jr. Showmanship and other misc.
information. A nice interview with Jerry & Wendy Bobak and lots of pretty
pictures

The Review question should be referred to Susan Casey as I don't have that
answer.
