Listerine, and on a whim, I just tried Dixie Ear Treatment on one, and it
seems to be drying up (Except that he is purple...LOL)

Another wonderful remedy (so long as you don't read the instructions) is
Cruex Jock Itch Powder. Clean up the hotspot, and dust it with the powder.
It starts drying up before your eyes!!! (not an approved use, of course)
