IF it became apparent to the board that they weren't going to be able to
fill the position to their satisfaction without addressing the "rules", then
the
rules should have been considered, debated, possibly amended and the
application process re-opened.
Oh well, Becky....Gary says we should move on and not question the process.
The end result is good, super really. Lets just be sheepies, follow mutely
along and not question the road we traveled to get there.
