No, probably not. But I think some of the newbies would.
I show in UKC and AKC, and some things are just more permissible in the UKC
world. One day I may have to decide whether I would breed a dog I had to a
white, or breed something that I couldn't show in AKC, but would be ok in UKC.

I have always felt that successful long-time breeders should deserve some type
of
designation...."Journeyman Breeder".....and that new breeders should re
required to
do "apprenticeships" to register their first litters.......I also know that AKC
would
NEVER go for that kind of program.
