I just realized that my post about the Spaghetti had a big fat typo! We keep the house at 59 degrees, not 69! And, the kitchen is not heated at all. I just wanted to clarify this. I don't want people to think it's okay to leave stuff out for very long at 69 degrees. Dishes with mayo or eggs in it would be a breeding ground for salmonella at 69 degrees. Sorry about the typo.
